Ali Hollest
Group Coaching Head Coach
Personalised Training Plans
With over a decade of experience in both coaching and competing across all distances of triathlon and swimrun, I am passionate about guiding athletes to achieve their best through a holistic approach. My coaching philosophy centers on the belief that creating the right environment—one that fosters overall well-being and self-belief—is crucial for athletes to excel not just in multisport, but in life.

Throughout my triathlon journey, I’ve learned that a training plan is just one piece of the puzzle. The true key to success lies in how well an athlete can apply that plan within a supportive and balanced environment. This is where I thrive as a coach—helping you build the mindset, confidence, and resilience needed to continually evolve into the best version of yourself.

I am also deeply committed to well-being, which led me to create The Evolve Pod. Through this podcast, I share inspiring stories of everyday heroes who have found strength in adversity, reminding us all of the power of perseverance and growth.

Having completed three Ironman races, in 2020 I planned and completed the first ever Snowdon 6 Ways Challenge, ascending all the major routes of Snowdon in one continuous running effort.
Balancing my own training with being a dedicated father to three young children, I understand the importance of harmonising life!
