Stretching Class
A relaxing class, designed for stiff blokes and birds wishing to improve their general flexibility! If you're waking up feeling stiff or can't move the way you want to, this class is for you.
Improve General Flexibility
Annie's a self confessed biomechanics (how the body moves) geek, with a background in Sports & Exercise Science, Sports Therapy & Massage and extensive sports coaching knowledge and experience.
She'll spot your imbalances and tight spots, guiding your stretches individually to improve your posture, movement, lifestyle and performance.
This class is suitable for everybody - it's not yoga and you don't need to be super bendy!

Runs in line with South Oxfordshire school weeks and takes a break in school holidays.
It's hands on, with postural assistance or modifications from me during the class and occasional massage and includes a short meditation to help you relax and unwind.

Online Booking Instructions
Click Book Class Now, register/log in to GoTeamUp and navigate to a Monday on the calendar. Click on 'Stretching Class'.
To book a PAYG, click ‘view registration options’ and follow the steps.
To sign up to a monthly membership which automatically books your space for you every week, select ‘Book Recurring Reservation’ and follow the steps to set up your direct debit.
Bookings are prioritised for people with memberships as they will automatically be booked into the class, so once the spaces are gone, they’re gone and then only remaining availability for PAYG spaces will show. I recommend this option if you want to secure your space ongoing. See you there very soon!
