Our 6 week running skills course will allow you to increase your knowledge about running, practice regularly and improve at your own pace.

Week 1 - Posture & baseline fitness measure 
Week 2 - Speed endurance 
Week 3 - Cadence 
Week 4 - Footstrike 
Week 5 - Running propulsion
Week 6 - Posture rethink, retest, technique review
